CINTAA member Amit Bahl confirmed the news of his death. Sources say Pankaj had been battling cancer for some time. Although he fought it, the disease resurfaced a few months ago, and his condition worsened. It is being reported that he had recently undergone a major surgery related to this disease. According to media reports, his last rites will be performed on Wednesday at 4:30 pm at Pawan Hans crematorium in Vile Parle, Mumbai.
