Aldi has revealed 11 locations where it plans to launchnew stores in 2025, with additional sites to be unveiled throughout the year. The budget supermarket giant is averaging roughly one fresh outlet each week until December.
Britain's fourth-biggest groceryretailer has just finished opening branches in Fulham Broadway, London and Deeside in Wales - but many more are in the pipeline.

Throughout Britain, Aldi presently operates more than 1,000 branches nationwide, with ambitions to grow to beyond 1,500 in the coming years, reports Birmingham Live.
The retailer has also revealed intentions to invest £550 million this year into launching fresh stores and renovating current premises across the country, including locations in Birmingham.
The consumer researchorganisation Which? named the budget grocers 2023's most affordable supermarket, stating that this expansion will generate more than 1,500 employment opportunities.
Giles Hurley, Aldi's chief executive for the UK and Ireland, explained the growth strategy targets areas where "there are still areas of the country that don't have an Aldi, or that need more or larger stores to meet demand".
The German-owned retailer, which overtook Morrisons to claim fourth position in 2022, has experienced soaring popularity due to its competitive pricing and own-label merchandise. Hurley remarked: "We're continuing to welcome more and more new customers through our doors with people coming for our low prices but staying for our award-winning quality and British sourcing.
They added: "We now have more than 1,000 stores across the UK but there are plenty more Aldi stores still to come, in 2024 and beyond."
Aldi is now actively scouting for prime spots to set up shop. The retail giant has its sights set on town centres or the fringes of towns for its upcoming stores.
Previously, Aldi has shown interest in specific locations, eyeing potential sites in London: Penzance: Bath; Maidenhead; Worthing; Warrington, Newcastle upon Tyne; Nottingham; Derby; Birmingham; Cambridge; York; Cardiff and Cathcart.
