Men's Hockey Asia Cup 2025: The Indian men's hockey team has caught everyone's attention with its tremendous performance in the Asia Cup Hockey 2025. In the last match of Pool-A played at Rajgir Hockey Stadium in Bihar on Monday, India defeated Kazakhstan 15-0. With this victory, Team India finished the group stage at the top of the table and now on Wednesday it will face South Korea in the first match of Super-4.
India dominated from the opening minutes
The Indian team played aggressively from the beginning of the match. Abhishek scored the first goal in the 5th minute and soon scored the second goal to make the score 2-0. At the end of the first quarter, Abhishek gave a brilliant pass to Sukhjeet, on which he scored a goal and gave India a 3-0 lead.

The dominance of the Indian players continued in the second quarter as well. Jagraj Singh scored brilliant goals in the 24th and 31st minutes, while captain Harmanpreet Singh also converted a penalty corner in the 26th minute. Shortly after, Amit Rohidas also made an important contribution in increasing the team's score. India had the upper hand till half time and the score became 7-0.

In the third quarter, Jagraj scored his third goal from a penalty stroke and completed his hat-trick. Sukhjeet also continued to attack and registered a hat-trick.
India's dominance increased further in the fourth quarter. Sanjay scored in the 54th minute, Dilpreet Singh in the 55th minute and finally Abhishek in the 59th minute. In this way, Abhishek scored four goals in the entire match and made India's victory more memorable.
The group stage ended in style
India had already secured a place in the Super-4, but this big win has further strengthened the team's confidence. With three wins in three matches, India secured nine points from Pool-A and entered the next stage by finishing on top.
Now the clash with Korea
The Indian team will now face South Korea in its first Super-4 match on Wednesday. Such a spectacular victory in front of the home crowd has raised the team's morale to the peak. This match will be India's real test for the Super-4 campaign.
