Kriti Sanon received the National Film Award for the film 'Mimi'. This has increased her popularity and stardom manifold. She is one of the most expensive actresses in Bollywood. She has bought a sea-facing duplex penthouse in the posh Pali Hill area of Mumbai.

Kriti Sanon has bought this luxury penthouse in Supreme Prana Residential Tower for Rs 78.20 crore. According to The Economic Times, Kriti's new house is spread over the 14th and 15th floors and has an area of 6,636 square feet.

This house of Kriti is on the last floor. Along with the top floor, she also has a 1,209 square feet terrace. The price per square foot is around Rs 1.18 lakh, and this deal also includes 6 car parking slots. Kriti and her mother are co-owners of this property.

Kriti Sanon has paid a total of more than Rs 84.16 crore for this deal, including stamp duty of Rs 3.91 crore and GST and other charges. In this deal, she gets rights to the exclusive roof, which offers a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea.

This is not the first time Kriti Sanon has invested in real estate. She bought a 2,000 square feet plot in Alibaug in 2023. This area is being liked by many celebs. Earlier this year, Amitabh Bachchan also bought a plot here.

According to media reports, Kriti bought a 4-BHK apartment in Bandra West in 2024, which was worth Rs 35 crore. Artists like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Javed Akhtar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and Rekha are doing business in Bandra West.

Talking about the work front, Kriti Sanon will be seen opposite Dhanush in Anand L Rai's 'Tere Ishq Mein'. The film will be released on the big screen on 28 November 2025. The film is a sequel to the 2013 superhit film 'Raanjhanaa'.

Apart from this, Kriti Sanon will also be seen as the lead actress in Homi Adajania's 'Cocktail 2'. It has been confirmed recently. Rashmika Mandanna will also be in the film. It is a sequel to the 2012 film 'Cocktail' starring Saif Ali Khan, Diana Penty and Deepika Padukone.
